About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Growth to join the team and help lead Celtic Serenity's pursuit of doing 5x the revenue we did in 2020. This is a critical role that requires uncompromising wit, significant industry experience, and almost complete autonomy. You will be a leader accountable for a significant part of our business and need to be ready for a rewarding journey full of many challenges.
Responsibilities
- Build a growth model for customer acquisition and retention that is understandable and actionable
- Own our market-facing brand marketing strategy
- Make efficient choices in paid social budgeting as part of an omnichannel marketing strategy
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to set company strategy, goals, and plans over a multi-year timeframe
- Oversee and build out campaigns for new launches and evergreen promotions
- Build out paid strategies for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google, Tiktok, and Pinterest.
- Work with our operations team to oversee and scale retention channels
- Develop a clear go-to-market strategy that quantifiably demonstrates a path towards growing our revenue substantially and write out processes to execute.
- Develop and manage testing and optimization projects. Implement, monitor, and communicate best practices
- Lead the overall strategy, forecasting, and execution of our paid and organic marketing channel to exceed aggressive growth targets (CAC, LTV, scaling customers)
- Oversee creative briefing, testing, and implementation with our creative team
- Build out a copy for both promotional and evergreen campaigns
- Collaborate with our product development team to create and deploy go-to-market strategies for all products
